Great from beginning to end. Glass of fizz on arrival after a very long day on the train from London. That tasted so good. Then the reception staff, Daniel in particular, was so helpful with practical stuff and pointing us in the right direction as we didn’t know Berlin at all. Always smiling people at reception and a very comfortable stay indeed. We’d booked through Trailfinders and they have been fantastic in the organisation, everything has worked so you are clearly a good team.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The room was beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Every detail was perfect and made me feel truly relaxed and cared for. I could not have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
