Hotel with Single elevator and reservation staff with no smile

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Over rated to come down the elevator had to wait close to 20 minutes. Finally had to use service elevator because I was going to the airport and ordered taxi. My 90 year mother was with me and she had to walked down from 1st to ground after using the elevator. Reception staff not pleasant at all. Over rated and expensive.

Room quite cozy despite the fact that it was called “deluxe”. I expected to have the view on the river but I had the view on the motorway. The worst thing has been that only one elevator was functioning in my tower so anytime I wanted to go downstairs from 15th floor it took me 10 minutes

Great, spacious room for a family of 4, with a handy sink in the main room. Great service and good toiletries too. Location was brilliant, just a 10 min walk from Overamstel meaning that we could get anywhere with public transport. We could've done with the floor in the room being cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but that is a tiny piece of feedback. Very recommended!
