From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel was beautifully presented, with spotless rooms, comfortable facilities and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and always happy to help, making our stay feel even more special. I visited with my partner, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. I will definitely be coming back soon.

This was our 2nd time staying at Novotel, Wolverhampton. Everything was great, staff really helpful, rooms although dated were clean and comfortable. In room safe wasn’t working but it had a mini fridge, iron, kettle and hairdryer. The Rituals toiletries were a lovely touch.

We are experienced Novatel users for events in Wolverhampton but were disappointed with this stay. The hotel interior is looking a little tired. Our room (315) had poor Air Con, the toilet door would not close or lock and the toilet seat itself needs replacing. One bedside light was not working. Our breakfast was excellent, but the fabric covers on many chairs in the Dining room were dirty.
