Novotel is our favourite hotel to stay.when we attend the Wolves games we have stayed here for many years now and never been disappointed. But I have to say on our last stay we had some problems with the staff at the reception and the bar not knowing what we are entitled to under the Wolves membership scheme hopefully this will be resolved. In time for our next visit which is Monday.

Great location but very tired property in need of investment. Public areas and room in need of refurbishment. My room had torn curtains with paint on the curtain where decorators had painted the room without removing the curtains. Broken light switches - no USB charging ports - very tired bathroom and toilet.

room was clean and to a nice standard plenty of parking. only feedback was the charging station was in the far corner and when i went there 1 car had parked over both bays so was unable to charge my car, but they had to as the fence and station wouldn't let them out of the car if the parked in the actual bay I believe :)
