We were served in the bar by Rakesh. He was welcoming and professional and made sure we had what we wanted. The range of wines was good and we enjoyed the food. Staff coped well when the bar became busy and there was a relaxed atmosphere. In conclusion we had a pleasant experience.

I always stay here when I'm flying out of BHX. Rakesh and Kiran were great at the bar this evening. Although the bar wasn't too busy, the guys were extremely busy with orders from the packed restaurant and managed to keep everyone happy. Top guys.

Well done, Novotel. We had a one night stay without fault!!. Lovely check in with friendly staff. Super room on floor 5, spacious clean and welcome. The room was perfect, the bathroom was great, it was very modern with a classic finish. Coffee machine and complimentary water in the fridge. Even though we overlooked the departure lounge and airport, the room was silent. The bar area was busy, which did affect service slightly but nothing to moan about. We then ate dinner in the restaurant, plenty of choice, and again a great atmosphere and setting. We were served by Mukesh, and what a great chap!! He was a brilliant, a great asset to the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and constantly smiling and good interaction. Food was cooked fresh and worth waiting for. Drinks were a bit expensive. My only minor complaint was that I called the hotel the day before to make a table reservation and was told we don't take advanced booking, which was wrong! You do need to reserve for dinner. Breakfast was overwhelming, so much choice and all very fresh. Would highly recommend a stay here. Well done, team Novotel.

Bed was just how I like it. Food was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent placement for the airport. We are looking into norvtel hotels in different countries. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Check-in was quick, the room was adequate for our needs, the bed was comfortable. The staff were polite. On the negative side the plug mechanism in the sink was broken and it was impossible to release any water from the basin. Not really good enough given the very high price we paid for one night
