A lovely warm friendly atmosphere with a fantastic range of food and drink. The food was beautiful all served by our brilliant staff member Harman. Best place to stay on airport only yards from departures.

On arrival the queue for check-in was lined out the door. I waited 1 hour from 9.30 in the evening until check in. There was a cancelled flight. 2 check in desks were available. Why not have one of the desks for those with existing reservations - which when not occupied could pick up from the other queue (cancelled flight). An upgrade was given - thank you - but given the length of time I would be there it could not deliver value.

We are very sorry for the delay you experienced during check-in and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for such a long time. On that evening, we were operating with two team members, and an unexpected flight cancellation resulted in a significantly higher volume of arrivals than anticipated. Our team did their best to manage the situation as efficiently and fairly as possible. While we always aim to assist our guests promptly, we are unfortunately unable to prioritise one group of guests over another during periods of disruption. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased that we were able to offer a room upgrade; however, we regret that it did not add meaningful value to your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies that our efforts to make amends did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback is important to us, and we will continue to review our procedures to improve the arrival experience for all our guests. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. Was great clean welcoming staff decorated For xmas and Santa for Kiddies meal was delicous hot tasty had bit wait on dessert but bar was very busy was nice stay room quiet clean comfy ready for My early Mornning flight
