Excellent staff in reception and the lounge. Very good food in the lounge. We did not like the bed linen, perhaps there was a waterproof undersheet…this made the bed too warm. Disappointed that the room A/C was not allowed at this time of year, we had a terrace room and the sun warmed the room in the late afternoon which meant keeping the curtains closed was the only way to keep the room cool. Compliments to the team doing the building works. We found them quiet and considerate and always polite and smiling. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day.
