Reservation for dinner denied although we noticed later that > 80% of the tables were unoccupied from 7:00 to 8:45 pm while we had so-so fast food at the bar ! today (Saturday) a week later, strike 2: same thing attempting to book a next day Sunday brunch for 2 ! I cancelled my reservation for a hotel stay, as staff doesn't make any effort to accommodate even after I offered extremely flexible schedule. I consider that the strike count is full, no need to try a third. Bye !

Twice denied reservation at the restaurant although staying there, for the first time and attempting to book a room for the second time today, which will be the very last as far as I'm concerned. There was no special event. This may come from the attitude of some of the managers who have very little business motivation, complain they are overwhelmed , and can't manage reservations. Last Saturday, restaurant mgr claimed they were fully booked. We ate fast food (so - so) at the bar, as we didn't want to go out, and noticed 90% of the tables were empty from 7 pm to 8:45 ! We understand French people have little respect for bookings and punctuality, but that should be also understood by management. AI to the rescue ?

Very hardworking, but always friendly staff, delicious breakfast, dinner is overwhelmingly good, nice wines, beautiful room and lots of activities in the hotel, as well as in the neighbourhood. We can highly recommend this hotel and will certainly go back.
