Very good food in the lounge.
We did not like the bed linen, perhaps there was a waterproof undersheet…this made the bed too warm.
Disappointed that the room A/C was not allowed at this time of year, we had a terrace room and the sun warmed the room in the late afternoon which meant keeping the curtains closed was the only way to keep the room cool.
Compliments to the team doing the building works. We found them quiet and considerate and always polite and smiling.
Our room was cleaned perfectly every day.

Room as advertised implied full sea view when in fact the view was more lake facing.
There was also a strong smell coming from the shower drain which was overpowering when entering the room. This was reported to reception and the following day it was obvious that a chemical had been used. This did not fix the issue so a bit disappointed.

Hôtel bien situé avec un personnel vraiment agréable et à l’écoute, ce qui a été un vrai point positif durant notre séjour. En revanche, l’établissement montre des signes évidents de vétusté : il prend littéralement l’eau par endroits, et des travaux en cours créent pas mal de désagréments, que ce soit au niveau du bruit ou de l’esthétisme dans les couloirs. Côté confort, la literie n’est clairement pas à la hauteur du standing et du tarif affiché. Dommage, car le potentiel est là.
