Above all, we hope your mother suffered no ill effects following her fall. We also regret the reception you received, both at the front desk and at the bar. Courtesy and attentive service are constant requirements in our hotel, and the situations you describe have been addressed with the teams concerned. Regarding the bottles provided in your room, one useful clarification: these are reusable, and a water station is available at reception where you may refill them freely at any time. We sincerely regret not having been made aware of these matters during your stay: our teams would have been keen to resolve them immediately and to ensure you enjoyed your time with us to the full. We are pleased, on the other hand, that our breakfast and the care shown by our colleagues met your expectations — your kind words will be passed on to them. Bon séjour Chambre propre et très confortable. Personnel sympathique et nous avons pu avoir la chambre plus tôt. Je déplore néanmoins que nous ayons eu à payer 30€ de supplément pour avoir la chambre plus tôt (nous n’avions pas le choix, le mariage pour lequel nous avions réservé notre séjour démarrait à 14h, nous voulions nous changer et nous préparer)
