Overll everything was great, I think the room I had was becoming 'tired', but it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. BUT, you don't stay at Novotel for any reason other than the fabulous and caring staff

Room was cold and dimly lit. No ability to adjust heating or lighting ourselves. I feel room was expensive for what it was. I find it difficult to believe that Novotel are not already well aware of these issues. So my making this report will not change anything.
