Stayed the night before we flew. I have to say the room is not good considering the reason people are staying is either just before they fly or when they return. The cases had nowhere to go in the very small bedroom and we seemed to be moving them around to get around the room. The cleanliness was not the best and the bath was not clean at all. However, the staff and food were lovely.

The room was clean and comfortable. I didnt have breakfast as I left very early the following day. The only issue was that my key cards didnt work. I went back to reception snd was first told that it was because I held them next to my phone. I was then asked if I had swiped them correctly. I was given a different room and it was fine. I also stayed 2 days later (31st Jan) after returning on a late flight. Again the key didnt work but I had a different explanation and was told that it is an ongoing problem as the locks are old and the batteries are running down. Nice to get an honest reason on the 2nd visit rather than it being my fault. 10 minute walk to the airport and bus stops right outside.

I usually book Ibis but our stay last January 12th wasnt a good one. The shower glass fell off during my son's shower which caused him to fall on his back. I reported this and they fabricated a story that the housekeeping was the one who put down the glass whereas it fell. Terrible experience, Im just thankful nothing serious happened to my son. It was our flight the following morning and he had an aching back. Toilet flush wasnt working well too, requires multiple tries. Not recommending this specific Ibis branch

Hello. the mentioned room was not clean but the problem was more in the extreme cold! My partner got sick. We had a wet carpet because water was leaking from the shower into the space under the bed. Horrible experience!
