The hotel was centrally located & in a good position for where we wanted to be. Room was small & cramped once the baby cot was installed. Challenging to move around, reach the wardrobe, shelves, desk, etc. The heating was barely working and making a lot of noise. Once returning from dinner, I spoke to the Front Desk. Someone came to our room & told us to turn off the room heating, as the hotel was centrally heated & we were making our room colder. Very strange, but I followed instructions. Woke up in the night freezing. My baby’s hands were like two blocks of ice. Terrible! A hotel room should have adequate heating. Very uncomfortable night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Located in walking distance to national express terminal and to cruise terminal, in fact awoke to see our holiday cruise ship from the window which was great!
