This is my third stay at this hotel, and I always have a pleasant experience. The location provides easy access to shopping malls, the Skytrain, and many massage parlors nearby. All staff are very accommodating, providing attentive service, special mention to Guest Experience Manager Tent, who went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were met. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning next year.
