Location. Location. Location. It’s in the middle of most famous shopping malls in Bangkok. The staff was wonderful. They were always willing to help. The rooms are basic but very clean. Definitely will come again

Came here for 11 nights and stayed at the junior suite. Overall, service levels were really good, and staff were continually helpful. Really enjoyed going to the interim club lounge as the new one was renovating, and liked the restaurant as breakfast was good. The buffet from Friday to Sunday was a steal at 899/599++ baht depending on whether it was the premium or special selection. However, the hotel and junior suite were considerably old, but they have began renovating parts of the hotel. Location-wise, it is unbeatable as it is just beside the Siam BTS station. Come here if location is your key consideration.
