My stay at teh Novotel Brussels Gran Place was very nice. I got an upgrade to begin with, and the staff was very availalble, flexible and accommodating. The room had a cosy view on the Christmas market, a big comfortable bed, a shower and bath tub. The breakfast was abundant and varied. Looking forward to going back to this hotel :))

The hotel is very well located in few meters from everything you need to visit in Brussels in 2 days. Room are comfortable and new; very good for family stay.
