I was in Brussels for a conference. Novotel is a perfect place to stay as it is convenient to dining places, shops, the train station, and local buses (around the corner). Taxis are waiting right outside as well which is very convenient. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Everyone did their part very well in making sure my stay was satisfying! Everyone including the reception desk, the staff at the dining place, and the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the place.

Perfect location and comfortable, cozy accommodation. Very helpful staff and a great place to stay. Breakfast was only okay, especially when you factor in the price. Thankfully there are other excellent options nearby.

Close to Central Station and the most important points to be visoted in Brussels. The hotel is comfortable, the room is scarce for a four stars hotel and the bathroom should be improved

We had a great stay. The only thing that wasn’t ideal is that the lowest the room thermostat would go is 19C. This was a room with a bed + a sofa bed so it’s meant for 3+ people (we were 4), which only increases the warmth in the summer. We would’ve loved to turn the thermostat down 1 more degree. The hotel was accommodating and brought a fan, which did help.
