Arrived to find premier league club staying i hotel and rude security guards at entrance to hotel - wouldnt let me into check my bags in until after 10 mins of discussion - then I was told to leave the hotel and dont come back to 3pm - they would not even let me use the hotel toilet On checkout, the staff member checking out was rude - not smiling and asked me no questions other than room number...all done

Hotel was good but I got the farthest room and person didn’t even check what kind of room I need and just allocated the room which required lot of walk with luggage

Location was great for walking to shops and eveings out. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was exceptional, calm and every station was full all the time, hot and cold food. Bar in evening was well run and parking was a good discount for the residents. Overall a great couple of days and now my go to when staying in Ipswich.
