The location is just perfect if you want to visit central Paris. You need to walk 25 minutes to reach Louver and park. Instead of using the tube, just walk and see many sightseeing. Cleanness is at high level. You don't regret if you book this hotel.

Location is great, room is clean and house keeping team are so attentive- they did tidy up and our roo looked neat everytime we come back in the afternoon. Special thanks to Dinesh and the lady who assisted us when we arrived on 22 August afternoon. Apologies I forgot her name but am sure it starts with letter “P”. Thanks again for your hospitality.

I was surprised that my room was slightly bigger than the usual Paris type of room! It was recently renovated as it felt new and I loved that there's a working AC. The room temperature was ideal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was not big but not too small either so it was fine. There's no wardrobe, just a tiny closet space behind a curtain which is enough for one person. I was only there for a couple of nights so it was all right. The drinks in the fridge were complimentary and there was a Nespresso machine as well as slippers, bathrobe and hairdryer. Breakfast was all right, nothing extraordinary and nothing worth of a 4* though.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Booked because it was described as wheelchair friendly however, steps at the front (yes a concierge had to come and put a ramp down; but that should not have been necessary) and the wheelchair would not fit in the lift. Otherwise, it was just what we required.

We are delighted to read that you appreciated the cleanliness and location of the hotel and thank you for your compliments. Please know that we understand your disappointment regarding the access ramp as well as the size of the elevator and would like to offer you our sincerest apologies. However, you booked a classic double room, indicated on our site as not suitable for people with reduced mobility and we had, unless I was mistaken, any information from you on this subject. In fact, these indications could have allowed our team to anticipate your arrival and the installation upstream of the reception ramp. In addition, we could have asked you in advance for the dimensions of your wheelchair and therefore prepared our own wheelchair for you, fully adapted to the size of our elevator.
