The hotel lobby was nice, great scent. The hotel staff member that booked me in was really friendly and professional. The room was a good size for a single person. It was clean and I like how I could connect my phone to the tv. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bathroom sink. On the surface it was clean however there was a foul stench coming from the drains. It wasn’t in the entire room but it was noticeable when I was washing my face by the sink. The drains need a better clean. Other than than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

I paid extra to get the upgraded superior room because under service and equipment it said there was an ironing board and an iron. I was therefore disappointed to be directed to an ironing room on a different floor. This room info needs changing because it’s not true. When I stay at the Marriott or or an upgraded room at the Travelodge (as examples) when it says there’s an ironing board and an iron in the room, there is one. The receptionist was also very unhelpful, saying “that’s just how it is”
