The overall experience was positive. The first receptionist who welcomed us at the hotel seemed distant and not very welcoming, but the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. The air conditioning/ventilation system in the room had some issues, but they provided a fan as a solution. We were able to do an early check-in as I had requested on the day of the booking. The room was quite clean and no smells.

Great for a short stay

I stayed here for just one night as I was attending a concert at the Accor arena right across the bridge. The room was small but I guess that is typical in Paris. It was however clean and comfortable. There is an underground station right opposite the hotel which made it well connected. It's also not too far from the Gare de Lyon. The hotel is near the national library so there is a book theme throughout the hotel which I found interesting as well. I would recommend staying here if you need to be in the area.
