Absolutely perfect experience. Amazing room. Here on a course for 3 weeks with 20 people who loved the hotel. Rooms were very very clean, well laid out. Staff was amazing! Adam, Peth and Geonet made our stay incredible! Thank you!

Hotel had zero amenities. Not even hot coffee in the morning. The bed was literally sleeping on a box spring. Worst ever. The shower was a small pre fab version. Decent experience at best.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations as we do have a wide range of amenities. We have an amazing gym and wonderful pool on site, we have an onsite restaurant as well as our in-room Nespresso Machines with coffee pods, also all our wet and dry amenities. Perhaps there was something extra you did not, see? We have signages in all bathrooms to encourage guests to ask at reception as we carry everything even down to personal hygiene products and we would have been happy to deliver to your room. We are also surprised of your comment that we have a "small pre fab" shower version. Yes, you are correct the floor is a prefabricated floor base however, the surrounding walls are all tiled and enclosed by glass. We appreciate and thank you again for taking the time to share your comments regarding your stay.

I really enjoyed my short stay at Novotel North York. Even though I checked in near 1am after arriving from my flight, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Throughout my stay the staff from cleaners I saw to the front desk were all warm and nice. I was also really appreciative in being accommodated with my request for a high floor room with a view. Along with have a late check out on the final day. Many Thanks!

Booking telephone number was not clear about a third party or actually booking with the hotel. It turned out that it was a third party and I was not able to use my CAA card and lost a 5% discount. The TV was not usable due to some systems issues.
