Bare minimum for hotel, room for 3 or 4 had 2 towels, no bath mat, charged $25 for parking but if I wasn't staying at the hotel it would only cost $17 so worse treatment than non customers-it's bad when you gouge your customers. Staff were helpful when you interrupted them, but no one offered assistance except the cleaning woman who was very friendly and helpful. Room very small.

The location is very good. You get easy access to the TTC (train) and can be Downton within 20-25 minutes. This is especially valuable if you'd like a sort of escapade from the bustle of Downtown Toronto, but still enjoy good amenities around your hotel. There are excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and shops around, so you'll never lack anything. The reception staff is very friendly. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious and I got to relax and enjoy my stay to the fullest. Getting to and from Pearson is also very convenient and shorter than if you were staying in the middle of Downtown. Also, please have in mind that this is one of the rare hotels outside the Downtown area that DOES HAVE access to a TTC line. It is not a normal occurrence throughout the city and Greater Toronto Area, so staying here guarantees that convenience.

Not a very good experience, toilet hardly worked, shower at very little water pressure, bed was broken making it an uncomfortable night and air condition was very bad so the room was extremely hot

Great location. Easy access to subway to get to union station in city. Easy parking. Reception extremely busy when arrived had to queue for quite a while. Room on 16th floor was spacious and comfort.shame didn't have Netflix app. Could only cast which didn't work on our devices. Nice restaurant near lobby. Enjoyable experience would stay again.

Checkin was annoying. My corp prepaid for my room with the company card. I do not carry this card. The room was totally paid for.
I am an experienced traveller and fully understand providing photo ID and leaving a card for incidentals.
Novotel wanted me to produce the card used for the original reservation which I did not have. Despite the room being prepaid, and with my offering my own CC for incidentals, I was forced to pay for the room again and you would credit back the original corp credit card.
This was ridiculous!!
I had not experienced this before and feel that Novotel should make this up to me or I will make alternative arrangements next time I teach at Genesis Global Education.

Novotel North York was very nice. The location over the North York station was ideal for getting into downtown on the subway. The room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only negatives are that for a hotel in this range the standard hotel buffet breakfast should be included with the room, and the sheets could be softer as they did not feel high quality.

Room is comfortable and clean with good view. lt us centrally located with many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Subway is downstairs. The only downside is there is no microwave in room/hotel.
