Overall great experience. But water is too expensive (2 bottles for one full day is too less). Carpeting should be renewed. Looks old.

What a group of incredible people from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff. We'll above and beyond. We couldn't use all the extra hangers or towels provided.

The proximity to the Toronto subway, and ability to access it without going outside, was a huge plus on a winter day. Other experience features (room, breakfast) were fine.
