Room was clean and cleaned daily, hotel located in the centre was easy to walk to many places, underground just 3/4 minute walk and so was the tram. Staff at reception were very helpful , only problem was breakfast did not have much for vegetarians.

We had a great stay for 3 nights at Mercure Wien Zentrum. Fortunately our aircon worked really well as Vienna had a hot summer. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking everywhere. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. A big shout out to housekeeping who had rooms attended before lunch time each day, including restocking the free mini bar [water and soft drinks and a zero coke request) and also managing our laundry in 12 hours on the first day of stay. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Vienna. 😎
