Positives- great location. Great views. Best- very responsive staff. Large rooms. Clean. AC worked well- not noisy. You get 10/10 for that Negative- NO cup and saucer for coffee but paper cups, which get very hot with hot water!!. No creamer/ milk for coffee. That is very basic need for most if not for all public.pl provide decent things in the room so that those who want can have their coffee in the morning. We will come back again- will bring our cups/ milk/ cream Therefore- 7/10 Happy to be contacted.

Not clean, old place with all kind of small damages unfixed

The room was comfortable. However, certain basic amenities such as a refridgerator, and an essential kit in the bathroom were missing. The room seemed bare.

Comparing other Novotel/Mercure hotels, the room facility is poor. No fridge to keep my drinks cool/cold, no memos/pens to take a note quickly, no enough service information for the hotel/facilities. Normal mug cups which can reuse instead of paper cups.
