Plus: tea/coffee set + kettle. Comfortable bed. Silent room. Dark curtains. Helpful staff. Quick checkout. Minus: no free tables in breakfast rush hours.

So far away from the center of cologne. You have to spend 40 minutes on a tram to reach the hotel. That is not a very good experience especially in the evening. However, the room is good. Clean and organized. The most important thing is, the bad is comfortable. Overall, I would give a 7 out of 10.

It was cool, cozy place to stay. The internet connection was horrible, sometimes out off line which causes inconvenience.

Okay. Decent rooms. Clean. FO ok but does not recognise Accor status. Not given any upgrades or early check in/ late checkout for Gold and status not acknowledged at all at check in.
