Extremely satisfied

Staff was really kind and helpful. The location was GREAT! Clean rooms. The beds were comfortable. We liked that we could open up the window. The view from the room was decent as well. We were two young women traveling and we felt safe both at the hotel and in the area where the hotel was located. The only minus was that there were only two outlets for charging and these were Type E sockets, so not all of our devices would fit the socket, since some of our devices had EU power plugs that fit Type F sockets. (I recommend to check this before you travel, so you can bring an adapter if needed)

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was great and the rooms were simple but good for just a short stay. The only major downside was that the room was extremely hot, even with the window left open.

The hotel was nice. I loved the cleanliness and that new towels were provided every day. Rooms are nice and clean. Location is great, bus stops and metro super close. Lafayette 20min walking, same as Sacre Ceour. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is in an excellent location and check in and out was very easy. Few negatives such as only one roll of toilet roll provided in room which was already half used. The mattress was comfortable although the bed didn’t have a head board and instead has a wooden plank which was very uncomfortable. The room was also very warm and the air con did not work. Waiting for the lifts was also a lottery at one point taking 20 minutes due to only 2 operational lifts.

We stayed 3 nights, all was fine. Great location in Montmartre close to many restaurants and shops. On day one we asked that the single bed be folded away to give us more room. It was done on last day. The hairdryer was held together with brown parcel tape but air escaped and burnt my hands so had to hold with a towel.

Unfortunate Catch-22 in spring

We booked a room with our child. While the room is small, it is manageable. However, we were caught in an unfortunate Catch-22, where we couldn't open (or keep open) the window at night to cool the room down due to the noise and light entering the room. When the window was closed, the temperature became infernal. As it is a central HVAC system, no cooling of the room was possible, and the reception desk staff could not do much about this. We may return here in clear winter/summer conditions when the HVAC system does what you want it to do, but will never show up in autumn or spring. One clear positive: the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant location, helpful staff, near Metro station for easy access to all of Paris. Montmarte is a beautiful relaxed area with lovely cafes. Next to wonderfully interesting Cemetery.

Asked to pay the balance upon arrival when we had emails stating the full Balance was already paid Room was very warm through the night and when we asked about AC we got told ‘it’s still in winter mode’, and we’re given a noisy fan as an alternative. TV in room didn’t work Shower didn’t know whether to be hot or cold despite not turning the temperature

The hotel is located in a walking distance from two metro stations and in a lively area with many restaurants and cafes. The hotel and room were clean. Unfortunately, upon our arrival (around 15:00) the room was not ready and we have experienced a quite slow check-in.

Well located and easy to access also by car. The parking is right around the corner and the rooms clean and of standard size, however a bit smaller as in other cities. Unfortunately it is very loud in the night around 1:30 a.m. when in the backyard some workers unload by dropping heavy stuff from a truck. We stood three nights, and each night this was happening.

Decent value for the money

- Rooms are from 20 years ago, hotel is trapped in time. You can't tell that from reception and restaurant. - Careful with taking rooms with a back view. There lies the biggest cemetery in Paris, which might not be the most romantic view :) It is quite cheap for Paris Staff very accommodating

Slow in fixing critical ventilation problems

I enjoyed a few times staying at the hotel. Unfortunately we were never informed before arrival that the air conditioning was out and making rooms very hot even at night. We stayed until a Wednesday and we were told that the technicians would only come on the following Friday… very poor timing. Even breakfast that was usually great was very minimal..but price still the same

Cheap and cheerful in a g=reat location

This was a great location within easy walking distance of Montmartre and the metro. There was also a great little cheap eating place straight across the road which helped ease the budget in this expensive city

Good enough hotel

Well located, close to subway station, bus stop and point of interest, as the whole Montmartre neighborhood, since Moulin Rouge to Sacre Couer Cathedral. Friendly staff. The cleaning of carpet in the room could better.
