The rooms were really small. There were only two power outlets in the whole which were also located quite far from the bed. There was no space to keep the luggage. Had to keep them on the floor. The toilet was quite close to the wall. Hence no space to do things properly.

The room wasn't equipped with even a basic electric kettle. The towels were extremely old and unusable, and the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude regarding our need for hot water for a sick person. Highly dissatisfied

Our rooms do not include kettles as part of the standard three-star ibis concept, but this in no way justifies a lack of empathy or assistance from our team. I was shocked when I entered the room - it was not at all like the photos. I was so surprised I actually checked my booking again to see the photos I had originally seen. The room looked like a uni dorm room, was extremely old and tired, not even a safe or iron/ironing board. The hairdryer was attached to the walls like from the 80s. The bathroom was gross. It was very disappointing.
