When I booked on-line through ibis website I was not informed that there was works in the hotel, some drilling and a ladder just infront the window and that was going to be my view. But after complaining I got another room without the ladder but drilling that went on till 7pm and the only thing they proposed for the noise was an ear plugs

Thank you for the stay the hotel was perfect for us and we got the room at 11.30 so that helped a lot with our planning thank you ! Everyone was so super kind (just my drink voucher was not given and there was no tea and coffee in the room )

This is possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were put in room 339 and I woke up in the night to find myself being munched on by three bed bugs. My partner was also being bitten. I went to reception and we were moved to room 311. The bed bug experience essentially ruined the entire weekend because we were living in paranoia thereafter. We had to keep our clothing in the bathroom just in case we had brought any bed bugs over when we moved from room 339. There was also construction work taking place in the hotel - it couldn't really have been much louder. We like to leave the hotel early return for a nap around 16:00 before going for dinner. This was impossible, such was the noise of the construction work. Constant drilling until 19:00. I would very much like a refund, or a partial one at the very least.
