Mostly good but the bar was not open as advertised. Lifts 1 & 3 did not always work. No means of getting Tea or coffee. Staff were good and break fast was well stocked.

We've stay here 10 or more visits over the lasts 15 years. Great simple hotel. Everything you need in a clean secure room. Getting a little worn but that can be overlooked.

The hotel was very well located. The breakfast was poor compared with the breakfast at other ibis hotels like london and Bucharest. We were five people staying at the hotel and all agreed that the luck of eggs or omelette or maybe some sausages was Important . The room was cleaned every three days I think it should be cleaned every two days. There were only two towels in the double room and not four (2 for shower and 2 for face wash) like in other ibis hotels. We asked for more but we were ignored. Also in the bathroom one of the two light lamps was not working. It was dark with only one lamp. We asked to be replaced witch never happened. The last thing I want to mention is that we have booked a room including breakfast but when we checked in we were told that the breakfast was not included. I had to show the voucher to the receptionist to solve that problem although I had already checked in on line hopping to receive my key without problems.

Slow in fixing critical ventilation problems

I enjoyed a few times staying at the hotel. Unfortunately we were never informed before arrival that the air conditioning was out and making rooms very hot even at night. We stayed until a Wednesday and we were told that the technicians would only come on the following Friday… very poor timing. Even breakfast that was usually great was very minimal..but price still the same

Just was staying here for a night before my flight out of CDG. Location is good so I could walk around Paris. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Building seemed pretty old (elevator and rooms). Room was small as expected. Wifi and everything in bathroom worked fine, so no complaints.

As soon as I arrived I was told that there won't be room service, meaning you have to clean behind yourself, go down to ground floor to get new towels and stuff like that (where basically usually you go to a hotel so you don't have to do such things other wise you'd book an apartment... Which will be cheaper and better equipped) I understand that these precautions were made for the covid-19 but if that's the case then the price should've dropped like hell but it didnt... The hotel is kinda really far from anything touristy other than Sacre-Coeur but it's inside Paris so it's well connected with metros and buses. The entire staff is able to hold a conversation in English which isn't that popular, the room is a bit small but more than enough in the same time. The breakfast was good and the staff is very nice!

This was a great location within easy walking distance of Montmartre and the metro.There was also a great little cheap eating place straight across the road which helped ease the budget in this expensive city

Well located, close to subway station, bus stop and point of interest, as the whole Montmartre neighborhood, since Moulin Rouge to Sacre Couer Cathedral. Friendly staff. The cleaning of carpet in the room could better.

A decent accommodation with good connectivity to public transport. Choose if you want to stay in the city center.

The facilities are ok. As you expect IBIS to be! I traveled with my wife and son and was disappointed when the reception staff could not deliver a chocolate left with them by my friend! I know its not a big deal as all else for the stay was fairly acceptable, but this miss put me (and my son) off a bit.

Location of the hotel is quite good. AC was not working in the hotel room. When we complaint about it then they provided the tower fan, that too was not sufficient for the compact room. Cleanliness of the hotel and complimentary breakfast was good.

I love the value that Ibis offers, but due to the heat, we stayed in one night for dinner, which was of a very poor standard. Unfortunately, the air con/fan in the rooms could not cope with the heat, so our nights were extremely hot and sleepless. However, in normal temperatures I imagine this is less of a problem (we stayed in the recent heatwave).

I visited Paris with some of the family to watch the Rugby and eat in some of our favourite restaurants. We have previously stayed in the IBIS Montmartre and were not disappointed this time, The rooms are clean, well maintained and perfectly adequate with comfortable beds and sufficient room to move around.

Close to metro (Place de Clichy) and convenient to many cafes, bars, shops between hotel and Montmatre Sacré-Cœur Basilica. We didn't eat breakfast or meals at the hotel since there were so many options close by. Easy to use Metro with the Navigo pass ($25 total for 7 day pass including from CDG airport and all over the city). We were actually only in Paris 3 days but the pass was perfect for us.
