Although it was my first time staying at the Ibis Paris Montmartre—and for less than 24 hours—I was thoroughly impressed. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly farewell, every moment felt genuinely pleasant. The hotel’s location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Montmartre. With two metro stations just a few minutes’ walk away, getting around Paris is quick and affordable. The hotel shares its building with the Mercure, giving it a spacious, bustling feel, yet my room—facing the courtyard—was wonderfully quiet. While compact, the room was cleverly designed, making excellent use of space. Even a small, comfortable couch fit in nicely. The bed was firm and perfect for a restful night’s sleep, just the way I like it. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff I interacted with were all smiles—genuine and welcoming. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price was fair, especially considering the quality of the experience. I’ll gladly return the next time I want to stay in vibrant Montmartre. Whenever we visit Paris, we usually stay at ibis Paris Montmartre Sacré-Coeur. The room is clean and provided with basic facilities. Receptionists are cheerful and hospitable. We love the artistic Montmartre.

We had some plumbing issues with the room, some where fixed right away, others were not fixed at all during our stay. Reception desk was efficient and kind, breakfast was ok. Only 2 sockets in the room. Housekeeping just did a superficial job in the daily service. Our clothes were just dropped in random places, just to get them out of their way and they just left them there. Not really happy with the cleaning either.

However, we are sincerely sorry for the plumbing issues that were not fully resolved during your stay, as well as for the shortcomings in the daily cleaning service. Your feedback regarding the management of your personal belongings and the superficial cleaning will be forwarded to our housekeeping team so that we can address these issues with them. Our hotel is old, which explains the limited number of outlets in some rooms, but we understand how inconvenient this can be. The location was amazing. The hotel was modern, clean and welcoming. The colleague on reception when we arrived told us that breakfast was served until 11am. When we went to the restaurant the next morning, we were told it had closed at 10am. Luckily the F&B manager (Beatrice??) could not have been more helpful. She arranged for us to have bread, cheese, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, pastries etc. She really made us feel very welcome and special. Our room was spacious and I loved that it looked on to the graveyard. It meant it was very quiet. The only disappointing aspect ( and I have never experienced this at any other Accor Hotel) was that a deposit was taken from my card on the day of arrival and this was not returned to my bank until I had been back home for 2 days. Other than this, I would totally reccommend this hotel.
