The decor was revolting, the bathroom was dirty, the shower head was not adjustable, the only mirror in the room was pitched too low for myself or my son to see our face. I paid for a triple room and was given a twin the dens were like shelves hard and tiny. The plug socket in the room would not hold the adapter so to use it I had to hold the plug in the wall. There was no USB charging facilities on the hotel anywhere, the whole accommodation felt like something out of the 90's, not pleasant!

Estimado cliente, Gracias por compartir su valoración y nos alegra saber que la ubicación y la atención del personal fueron puntos positivos durante su estancia. También entiendo perfectamente que el tamaño de la habitación y la ausencia de ciertos equipamientos puedan haberle parecido limitados. Nuestro hotel cumple con los estándares de la categoría 3 estrellas en Francia, aunque es cierto que este nivel no incluye elementos como minibar o cafetera en la habitación. İ had a prepiad reservation, including the prepiad City tax. At the check out the reservation girl stated first all is paid. Howverr just in a minute she asker for 22euro and some cents.i asked the reason and first she said there is a mis payment i said impossible as i prepaid. Tüm she said to me the City tax. İ said City tax iş also paid. The infirmation she shared me all the time changed and she was trying to convince me to pay an unknown 22 euors. She said the system made an error. At the end she said City tax is paid... But for one person. Ağacın insisted system error. Which is technically impossible. Or your systematic error. And after a long dand very unpolite debate i refused ant additionsl payment if it is a system error. İ an very much annoyed. İ still donot know why i was asked to pay... And cannot forget that receptionist's improprer behavior at the lobby as all people were dazing at me and the look of her on me that forces to pay the amount i an not convinced to pay..

Would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee .
