Indeed, the real process is to ask for the customer's name before giving a duplicate card. Regarding our teams, we trust their discerning eye to recognize you individually among our friendly customers. Of course, and in view of your feelings regarding this procedure followed, we will strengthen our identity control policy. We are sorry to read the issue that happened with the shower head. Our reception is available 24/7. You are very welcome to ask any question to our front office regarding the hotel room and it's equipment. We would be pleased to satisfy your needs any time you need it. Concerning the basics you mentioned, unfortunately, the kettle is not part yet of the criteria for 3-star hotels.
