Watch out, I booked a room on line. Since I got an error message and not confirmation email; I booked again, only to find I had now booked 2 rooms. I emailed the hotel repeatedly, contacted them immediately via Paypal (via whom the first booking was made) and left a message on their Facebook page. They DO NOT REACT- so watch out, you may end up paying double because of their incompetence!

Firstly, we were greeted warmly, any questions or requests were accommodated with enthusiasm and the cleanliness was second to none, a massive thank you to to the cleaning staff in particular.

Acceptable. No frills. I’m not a fan of having an ironing room. I guess you get what you pay for. Rooms are simple and dated. Not in the best state of decor. I had to try two other rooms before settling on the third. First had a shower head that didn’t hold up on the riser. Second had twin beds when I had reserved a double. Got there in the end.

Booking ok, some few minutes lost for check-in, elevators not performing well, water temperature not well regulated, room comfort ok

My Credit Card was Blocked

Previous of my stay I was in contact with personal of the hotel asking what were your check in policies. They answered they were not going to use my credit card till I arrived and during my flight I received a charged notification. I made my web check in online specifying I would arrive after 6 Pm what I did. When I arrived the personal who made my check in told me that they have charged using the same credit card and I didn’t have to pay extra unless I have breakfast. I eas there for 5 days and nobody contacted me to tell me about problems with my credit card. When I made check out I was in a hurry and the staff told the room wasn’t paid, I showed the notification of the charge from the hotel and the lady told me that It wasn’t her problem. I have still blocked different amounts for more than my rate. I asked by mail the comprobant of the liberation in order to give another credit card with no answer yet. This situation completely complicated the last part of my stay. I Love Paris but this treatment in the hotel was not heartist. They semmed bothered If I speak in english because my french in not fluent enough.
