She was bloody rippa. The shelias and blokes at reception were nothing but amazing. We even found Chris H. in our bed. The stay was better than cold milo on a hot summers morning. Would 10/10 recommend to other Aussies. Love your stuff

We have stayed in Ibis in many places so know they are budget hotels. This hotel is very well situated near 2 Metro lines and was clean and well maintained. The room was small though and I wouldn't liked to have stayed any longer than 3 nights. A few hooks for hanging coats would have been useful and the towels were very thin. The staff were very hard working and friendly. We did get lost in the stairwells though - the doors connect to the Mercure next door and the signs are not very clear.

Very bad experience with this hotel - I cancelled immediately

The hotel had a bad atmosphere. The corridors and the rooms where smalled and had a bad smell. We checked in without checking the room. But 10 minutes after we cancelled and they still charged us 70 EUROS for this cancellation. Do not recommend at all...it was very annoying

Exactly a year later, I returned to Paris and I chose exactly the same place of accommodation, since the first time I was very pleased, ie the Ibis Montmartre The hotel is near the metro, which transports us wherever we want. At the time of booking, as I have an extremely light sleep, I made some requests, which were immediately and fully guaranteed. The price-quality ratio is very good and, with regard to the staff, all without exception are very attentive and cooperative. In short, I have no doubt - when I return to Paris (and will return) I will stay again at the Ibis Montmartre 18ème.

Friendly staff, uncomplicated handling. Bathroom could need some maintenance. Heating didn’t work.

The room and bathroom was very clean. I could not hear any disturbance which I was happy to have experience. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel staff was so kind and friendly. The rooms were too small. The elevators was insufficient (too much waiting)

1- no kettle in the room 2- I used to have at least welcoming water and drink, which never happened 3- the room view is terrible 4- bathroom is not well equipped, and the shower valve was not fixed in proper location "room # 130"

When I checked into the hotel my room was too cold and I requested an extra heater like radiator.Firstly Fabrice asked me to if I wanna change my room or not I prefer to stay.Then He found me an heater probably his heater cause he brought from the backroom of the reception.Then I had warm nights thank you Fabrice! And thank you to habe such persons like im your company.Additionally, last april I habe stayed in cambrinne 15 eme ibis and I am not satisfied with that due to receptionist so Fabrice like a heaven for me thanks again

Hotel was in a great spot for getting about, far enough away from the main tourist areas not to be overly crowded but close enough for an easy metro ride in. Only niggles were: One lift was broken the entire time we stayed so at peak times it was a nightmare being on a middle floor. Our room only had two plugs but because we needed to use adaptors and didn’t have a dual charger/splitter when you used one plug you blocked off the other socket so we could only charge one phone at a time or use one electronic thing at a time (straighteners etc). Also a sign would be useful for guests to be considerate to others as at numerous times we were awoken at 1/2am because of doors slamming shut or music being played on phones etc. Not necessarily the hotels fault but a sign to say be considerate to other guests would be good. The room was a bit tired with cracks in the ceiling or peeling paint plus a bit of mould in the bathroom tiles but nothing to cause us to complain (I’d imagine most rooms were the same anyway). No tea or coffee in the rooms was a shame too. Would stay here again if no other more modern hotels were available for decent rates in the same area.

Great location, friendly and competent staff, always clean rooms. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. For this visit, we had two minor problem: #1, the room where all the security safes are located was closed, and the hotel did not make arrangement for alternatives for valuables. Too many pick pockets in Paris to take your valuables and passports with you. #2, only 3 elevators in this hotel, and one was inoperative. There were long waits for the hotel in the morning. We assume this problem would be fixed soon.

Good: quiet room Negative: smelly bathroom (smell like urin) Negative: slow slow slow Elevator. Only 1 out of 3 Elevators worked. Waiting time to get from 8th Floor to Lobby: ca. 10 minutes
