I was disappointed that the room that was supposed to have a queen-sized bed was actually two twins merely pushed together and a large sheet to connect them. I discovered this when I slipped between the two beds in my sleep. I have also been charged twice for my booking, but I have raised this as a formal complaint.

The hotel well so well located to explore Monmartre overlooking the beautiful cemetery and a short walk to Monmartre village, everything you could need was on your doorstep. The facilities were clean and accommodating, the shower was amazing and well stocked. They stored our luggage on check out so we could explore our last day in Paris freely. Excellent value and a great nights sleep, peaceful too. Highly recommend.

A large, clean hotel in a lively area 24 hours a day, close to the metro network

We are truly sorry, however, for the discomfort caused by the room temperature and the initial response you received. The heating system in our building can take time to stabilize when the seasons change, but you should of course always feel comfortable in your room. We also sincerely apologize for the attitude you describe — this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We are relieved that you ultimately received the additional heater you needed.
