Reception had asked for date of birth on line prior to visit. So age was known. They then put 2 seventy year olds in room with double bed against the wall. They had to climb into bed each night. Not acceptable.

We needed a less expensive but reliable hotel close to the Metro. Breakfast was good, room was clean, quiet and staff friendly. On the downside, room was chilly (thermostat didn't seem to make a difference), more hangers would have been good, there was no English Breakfast tea (most hotels offer this) and a safe would have been useful.

Well located, clean, quiet, but no internet for 2 days.

I was disappointed that the room that was supposed to have a queen-sized bed was actually two twins merely pushed together and a large sheet to connect them. I discovered this when I slipped between the two beds in my sleep. I have also been charged twice for my booking, but I have raised this as a formal complaint.
