The room wasn't clean - there was clear used chewing gum stuck and hanging from the bed lamp as well as another piece on the carpet at the end of the bed. The bathroom sink also wasn't clean. The beds had mattress toppers with a sheet over the top but not fully covering and you could also see the topper wasn't clean and had stains. The toppers half slid off the bed while sleeping. Add to this the overwhelming stench of marijuana in the corridor in the morning it really wasn't a pleasant stay.

Temperature in room difficult to control

The worst hotel experience ever!

Sent here by KLM after a flight cancellation. As a seasoned traveller I can honestly say that this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in 40 years of global business travel. 200 hundred affected passengers queuing for a promised bus at Schiphol Airport to be transported to this open plan prison. It was a very cold night. The temperature inside the hotel reception was the same as outside. On entering the room (closet) it was equally as cold. No heating. A very thin summer quilt. Threadbare carpet, curtains, no amenities. Just a terrible night. "Breakfast" was disgusting and inedible, my dogs are treated to a better diet.

My daughter reserved the hotel room for us. The transport is ideal with the shuttle buses to and from the airport. The room was very comfortable and the check-in and checkout was easy
