I was extremely disappointed. My last trip to Cairns. I have stayed there every four weeks after moving from the Pullman. On this occasion. There was so many errors made in the booking and even having a young person stay with me for two nights and having joint rooms on the second night, I requested the room be cleaned as it was going to be for a different child. All the food was left in the room and they’ve come in and made the bed roughly no new towels I was extremely disappointed. The booking for some reason was made in two parts and from day 3 to 6. I couldn’t even order room service because when they rebooked me in they didn’t add my credit card to my booking. I only went to breakfast once and I left a day early which I was told I couldn’t get refunded and they would place it on my accounts for incidentals however because there was no credit card on file I was unable to order anything I had to phone through. It’s just a very messy trip. I am back in three or four weeks. I’m just not sure if I’m gonna stay there again.

Good location, parts of the hotel look worn, hallway paint work and carpets. There were 4 of us in the room bout only 2 mugs and 2 glasses. This was annoying at times. Everything else was comfortable, we would have liked a package with breakfast included, but did not see this option when we booked with Jetstar.

The entertainment was great, the pool was nice and also the water aerobics were fun to do. Food was great and delicious the room was nice but we had to change 2 times since there were some problems, one being that the room was not cleaned. Besides from that, the staff was great. Especially this one woman who works at the front desk, I don’t know her name but she had dark brown hair, a slim build, wore a navy blue suit and I think she often works the night shifts. I had a great time apart from the room changes but I would recommend.
