Was our 1st trip to Cairns and the hotel location ended up being perfect. Oddly, housekeeping came every day, but they made the bed and did nothing else. 3 Days in a row our toilet was in pretty bad shape, towels on the floor, etc.

The bloke who looked after our function was unhelpful and impolite. We asked for very little from him and he treated every request such as a clean water glass with poor grace.
