Good location, good facilities, minimal resto option for dining, Noisy an annoying Neighbor room (has an autistic kid problem (from the parents info) knocking the wall an screaming form tome to time an minimum support from hotel side) , un maintain facilities (falling leaves court and pool, and wet court)

Regarding the disturbance from the neighboring room, we deeply regret that you felt there was a lack of support from our team. We aim to balance the needs of all our guests with empathy and professionalism, and we apologize if we did not manage this situation effectively or provide you with a quieter environment in a timely manner. Your comfort is our priority, and we will review our internal protocols to ensure our staff is better equipped to handle such sensitive situations more proactively. Furthermore, we take your comments regarding the maintenance of our dining options and facilities very seriously. We apologize for the fallen leaves in the pool area and the condition of the courts. While our resort is surrounded by lush greenery, we recognize that constant vigilance is required to keep these areas pristine. We have instructed our groundskeeping and pool maintenance teams to increase the frequency of their cleaning cycles, especially during the morning and afternoon hours. We value your honesty as it helps us identify areas for urgent improvement. Comfortable stay, we really enjoyed the hotel facility. Some equipment is obsolete(e.g chiller), you need to uprade. No car parking marking paint, it's hard to find spot & unorganized

This is my 5th visit in novotel bogor..Love this hotel...staff, environment,location..but to be honest , facility of my room was disapointed..why? Because i booked bathtub room..but while i came to these room, there are no bathrobe,bubble bath in "bathtub room" like 4/5 star other hotel facility..i felt like there are no difference between ordinary/standard room and executive room in facility.i ordered by application qr code scanner was given while check in...honestly after i was waiting for 45 minutes , there are no responses of my order. I just try to order 1 bath towel, 1 blanket..finaly j called room service by press "zero" and they said sorry, maybe the staff not checked the order application.. Seriously? Nowadays in digital era we still call and talk..so why u give qr code scanner if the staff was not prepared.. The others are good. Hopefully there are more improvement in this 5 star hotel..
