Only one problem that we have is the balcony door is not closed properly but the engineering already fix it and the wadrobe handle is detached

Overall it was okay, but unfortunately there are several concerns that need attention. During my stay yesterday, I got room 436 and found that the door could not be locked from the outside, so it could still be opened without tapping the key card. I didn’t make a complaint at the time because I arrived quite late in the afternoon, stayed for only one night, and the door could still be locked from the inside, so it was still safe enough to sleep. In my opinion, a damaged door lock is a very serious concern because it is the first line of security for both guests’ comfort and the safety of their belongings in the hotel. Going forward, the staff should be more attentive and aware of issues like this. And since the hotel is already quite old, the cleanliness of the hotel and all the rooms should continue to be maintained properly. Thank you.

I was shocked by kids room that messy and dusty. Not hygienist at all, mold in every wall. It was claimed as kids friendly hotel but I was disappointed by the kids room

Our room is outdated. The staff are quite helpful with our request (broken hairdryer and additional pillow). The balcony is very dirty. The worst part is the noise in the morning at 6AM! This property is a resort that I choose for relaxing. The speaker that play aerobic songs wake me up and ruined my morning. The breakfast variations are very limited. The refill is super slow and the food mostly served in cold (like have you ever taste congee served cold in a hotel?). We quickly left the property after disappointed experiences. Regardless, I clearly thankful for the effort from the hk team for decorating my room for our anniv.

The hotel still looks luxurious in the common areas. However, the rooms are very outdated and need repairs in several areas. The TV is very old-fashioned.During my visit, the swimming pool was dirty and there was no supervision. The children’s area was also not well maintained. However, the food selection was very variatif and tasted delicious.
