Our cashless payment policy is designed to streamline transactions, but we recognize this created significant inconvenience in your situation and will review how we communicate this policy to guests beforehand. Regarding the room access issue, we deeply regret the distress caused while resolving the city tax payment. Our team should have explored alternative solutions more proactively to prevent this stressful delay. We're particularly concerned to hear about the room condition upon finally gaining access. While our housekeeping team follows strict daily cleaning protocols, we clearly fell short of our standards in this instance and will reinforce our quality checks.
