service as always meeting my expectation, and this time even beyond. Your frontline staff understood my personal needs, from reservations team, Ms. Hoang as well as Mr. de Vries, they have have been very efficient and replied promptly regarding my schedule. They have shown a lot of understanding and really tailor-made my stay. ensuring care at check-in and my comfort. The stay has been awesome with exceptional hospitality. Although I didnt need to do housekeeping service. when ever I needed any item, they brought me in a timely manner. Thank you again for making my stay a home-coming feeling smooth and comfortable one.

Good bed, small restroom, no power plugs for charging electronic devices. Good breakfast.

The staff was really nice, specially Bruno! They were all really charming and attentive. We had trouble with our laugage and they shown really interest and aksed how they could help. I also needed some paper to study, and nicely gave me some !!
