It was good stay for 5 days. The housekeeping could have some consistency is providing the water and amenities kit.

We booked the following package inclusions: Package Inclusions Indulge in a luxurious escape including daily buffet breakfast at On3 Bistro, an exclusive Chef Inspired 5 course dinner on the night of your choice, and the privilege of a 12pm late checkout. However, no one seemed to know that we had this package, despite having booked it over the phone with the reception staff. Ultimately, we provided our booking confirmation email dated 9 Oct 25 to confirm our booking.

Well located for conference centre. Pool was appreciated. Bed was rock hard, fortunately had a single in the room that was comfortable. Free gift was rouse to get us to take 45min of own time to be sold a membership in return getting a $200 food voucher - felt conned and sold a cheap trick.
