As per abouve I became quite unwell and required an Ambulance and hospitalisation. The team were amazing and assisted my companion who stayed at the hotel. I had a furthern2 night prepaid booking at Pullman Penrith NSW and your staff arranged cancellation and a full refund of a non refundable booking - This was outstanding customer service and deeply appreciated

At the same time, I am truly sorry for the communication issues you encountered during your arrival and again later that afternoon. Being asked to repeat your check-in details and not receiving the promised update on your room is understandably frustrating, especially as a valued Platinum member who is accustomed to seamless processes. Your feedback will be reviewed in detail with our front office leaders to ensure we address these gaps. I also recognise your disappointment with the accommodation quality and your impression that it did not meet Sofitel standards. I had the room booked for business event so I only stayed for one, but it was a really good experience. The room was spacious and comfortable bed, and they offered a nice breakfast buffet.
