Missed Celebrations

• To avail of the offer, the customer must make an advance booking at the participating restaurant or bar, subject to availability, and mention the “Missed Celebrations” offer prior to the event via phone, email, or during the online booking process.
• The offer cannot be combined with any dining packages or promotions, and does not apply to bookings featuring buy-outs, banqueting or hotel meeting spaces. 
• The qualifying event must be booked via Accor distribution channels, e.g., with the hotel directly via their website, their social media channels, phone or email. The offer cannot be used with bookings made via third-party platforms.
• Cashback value is set by participating restaurant/bar. Please refer to the restaurant/bar for information.
• Cashback Voucher will be awarded based on the final amount paid per table (i.e. after discount), excluding tax and services.
• Offer is valid from 9 November to 15 December 2020.
• Offer is available at participating hotel restaurants and bars listed on (https://all.accor.com/allfoodsg)

The voucher can be redeemed at the participating hotel for: the fully “FLEXIBLE RATE” for hotel accommodation; incidental charges related to a stay such as the minibar, room service, local telephone calls, and paid television; dining and drinks at hotel restaurants and bars; spa services; and banqueting — unless any of those are managed by an out-sourced third-party.|
The voucher can be applied to up to 50% of the total cost of the bill, if applied to restaurants, bars or banqueting. Other hotel terms and conditions apply, please refer to the hotel voucher for the full terms and conditions of use of the voucher.
Voucher validity 2 January to 31 March 2021, Mondays to Thursdays only. Not valid on eve of public holidays and public holidays; and blackout dates determined by the participating hotel.
The voucher redemption: cannot be combined with:

• any other accommodation or dining packages or promotions
• cannot be used with normal Accor Plus dining benefits
• cannot be exchanged for cash; and is non-transferrable. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Advance table reservation is required and subject to availability. Such bookings must be made with the hotel directly via their website, their social media channels, phone or email. The voucher cannot be used with bookings made via third-party platforms.
