Checkin and checkout process are fast and easy, but at checkin you must deposit money or card, it is unusual for us nowadays. We choose one bed room apartment/residence it is old style but nice and room are very spacious. Maybe not Pullman standard as the experience not five stars hotel. Full of equipment in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Cleanliness can be improve in kitchen area and carpet. Access to Pavilion mall are from bridge next to the hotel or in lobby Banyan Tree Hotel. Very convenience location as it is in the Bukit Bintang area, or just walking to KLCC area from the bridge.

Stayed at the residence, somewhat dated and some refurbishment should be considered.
