I am a returning guest to Pullman KLCC. Everything was perfect from checking in to room and conceirge service. But 1 incident which I think can be improved is the service at the Blu Bar & Cigars where they served the welcomed drinks. Upon our arrival at the Bar, we informed that we would like to redeemed our welcomed drinks. Showed the lady the coupons via the ALL app. Instead we were asked to present the physical vouchers that must be obtained from reception. We then proceed to level Ex Lounge to get the vouchers and proceeded back to the Bar. Indicated on the voucher that we can redeemed cocktails, juices, soft drinks. So informed the lady that we do not consumed alcohol and if the cocktails can be changed to mocktails instead as mocktails menu are available. She immediately say that its not possible at there was no mentioning of mocktails in the vouchers. We were taken aback but as she said that it has to be by the vouchers, we ordered soft drinks. As mocktails are generally cheaper than cocktails, the lady could exercised her own discretion and flexibility. Otherwise, everything was 👍👍👍

We recently stayed at the hotel for 11 nights. The location of the hotel in Bukit Bintang was perfect for us. Most of the staff we came into contact with were wonderful. Our room was excellent, we booked a premium grand room. The only little whinge is that the bed was very hard, probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The shower was superb, great water pressure. Room was spotless. We did have a slight issue with damp/wet patches on the carpet from time to time. We were offered a room change which we declined. Onto the not so good! The club lounge was very well presented and very comfortable. Lounge staff were excellent. We felt that the food was below standard, the very small selection of hot food was always cold. Cold mashed potato came with quite a few things, not for me thanks. There was very little variety in the cold food. Then there was the wine! To us it was of a very poor quality, a lot of the time undrinkable. We couldn’t even buy any decent wine in the other bars, they all sold the same stuff available in the lounge. We also stopped eating in the hotel restaurants most of the food we ordered was cold when it was served. Surely a Club Sandwich should be hot? One exception, if you just wanted casual food, the burgers at the pool bar were really good. We probably wouldn’t stay there again, I’d rather pay the extra and stay next door at the Banyan Tree.
