I can say that the hotel was one of the best hotel that I've ever stayed. I was in short gateway with my partner, and I stayed there for two nights. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is near to Pavilion mal, the room was perfect, and the breakfast menu was also nice. Very recommended

I don't know how many times I have stayed at Pullman KLCC, every time I stay at this hotel, the atmosphere is like home, the rooms are big and the food is delicious

Glad to have fruits and welcome drinks with friendly ground staffs. The room toilet that I'm allocated have a fallen wall skirting, might be a hazard for family with young kids. Overall, still a pleasant experience. Will be back in Jun25! Thanks

Everything works ok in Pullman just like a std 5 star hotel, however this feedback is perhaps for Pullman to be better than just ok. 1) room can be redecorated to make it cozy or with some character. Currently the room is not warm despite the carpetted floor 2) the lighting system should be upgraded 3) the shower should be upgraded. Its currently too strong or off. 4) the welcome drink should include mocktails But the bed is GREAT. This should not change.
