Check in on the website clearly states 3pm, However we reached the hotel 10pm and our room was not ready! Nevertheless Deepika kindly assisted us with trying to make a plan and we eventually could only check in around 11pm that evening, while she said she will give us a room on the 10th floor however a room on the 7th floor was only ready. The noise level on that floor was ridiculous at that time of the night with staff still trying to clean the rooms next door and we could not even have a full nights sleep after a long journey to Singapore. In the morning I went and explained that Deepika told us she will move us to the 10th floor and no one was aware, I had to repeat the same story to multiple people who eventually helped us later that evening. For the amount of money we spent at this property I truly feel like they need to try and get guests rooms ready before 3pm so people can check in on time without waiting after long journeys, also to ensure that if they promise guests certain things like changing they rooms they should ensure they give the details to the next person in charge instead of the guests explaining the same story over and over again. A bit disappointed at the treatment and service received from this property especially since it is a worldwide brand which we expect the same service level
