We stayed at this hotel with a large group of 43 participants and had a very positive experience. The location is convenient, friendly staff and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Although we arrived late at night, the hotel staff were well prepared for our group and handled the check-in process efficiently and smoothly. The manager was especially helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything went well for our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and hospitality and would recommend this hotel for both individual travelers and group visits.

After being reminded twice to ‘check in’ on line I was disappointed to have to wait in a line for 20 minutes to actually check in , and then to be told by concierge that I should get a taxi to Orchard Road when it was just a 10 minute walk away!

While we are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location and enjoyed the ease of booking through the ALL App, we are sorry that several aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. We understand your frustration regarding the online check-in process. Having completed the pre-arrival steps, it is disappointing to then experience a lengthy wait upon arrival. We appreciate your feedback and will review how we can better streamline the arrival experience so that the benefits of online check-in are more effectively realized. We are also sorry to learn that the directions provided by our concierge team did not meet your needs. Orchard Road is indeed within walking distance of the hotel, however, due to the humidity in Singapore, our Concierge had suggested taking a taxi instead. The decision was taken out of concern and we regret the communication was not clearer. In addition, your comments regarding the service attitude you encountered have been shared with the relevant team leaders, as courteous, attentive, and personalized service should be at the heart of every guest interaction. Thank you as well for bringing the cleanliness concerns to our attention. We have shared your observations regarding the mould on the exterior of the windows with our Housekeeping team for immediate inspection and corrective action. We stayed at the Mercure Singapore on Stevens for nine nights and had a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable experience. The location was excellent—close to Orchard Road, Singapore’s main shopping district, as well as convenient public transportation options, including bus stops and MRT stations. Despite its central location, the hotel is peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Our Privilege Twin Room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable.
