i had to wait approximately 15mins to get check in and the Q is super long.

As always the same hotel whenever stay in Singapore. Luckily there was a room ready for me to iron my clothes

After nearly 18+ hrs of flying, you just want a room to crash. I had to wait till 3 pm SG time to finally get a room. The checking in process can be improved, as only one person was manning the desk initially.

The soundproofing is extremely poor; I was repeatedly woken up throughout the night by people talking in the hallway and banging noises coming from the adjacent room. It felt as if there was no insulation at all. To make matters worse, the quality of the towels is subpar. They shed an incredible amount of lint. After just one shower, the entire bathroom was filled with tiny fibers floating in the air.
