I booked two rooms at your hotel—one for myself and one for my colleague. During check-in, I noticed that one of the receipts contained an incorrect sequence of my name. I immediately raised this issue with the receptionist. However, he stated, “We will fix it later,” and urged my colleague to proceed with signing the receipt. Subsequently, when I received the receipt via email, I found that the error had not been corrected. I reported this again to your staff by email immediately. Instead of resolving the issue, your staff advised me to contact my travel agent to correct the name, despite the fact that I had provided the correct name at the time of booking through the travel agent. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. Making assurances that are not followed through and then redirecting responsibility back to the customer is unacceptable and falls short of the service standards I would expect from your hotel. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in correcting this matter.

The hotel is near the bus stop but far from the mrt station. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and big enough for 2 people. The height of the water closet is too high and the iron is not working upon check-in.

Check-in process was horrible - had to wait for 6 hours at lobby. No place to sit and work. No room cleaning for 2 days straight. Washroom only dispensed hot water in such summer season. No one picked calls when dialled from room. Food was bad. I can go ON and ON. One of the worst properties of Accor.

It was nice to have an ironing board and iron and a laundry in the hotel. Clothes get really wrinkled when travelling. A thinner pillow option would have been even better.

Hotel is well located and staff is welcoming and professional. Never understood the working of the air-conditioning that seemed to be controlled centrally and turned off during the night. Disliked the online check-in experience. Disliked the automated in room dining via QR code with very limited choice and not working. Did not understand the make up room rules, not clear and did not have my room done.
