I had a tiring fmday after FHA. Got a warm welcome from the staffs and during check in. Went to the front door of my room, and found it's occupied. KePing saw my situation and helped me by calling her supervisor. KePing helped me took care of my big luggage and I went to reception to settle the issue. In a fast manner, check-in staff helped to change my room number and walked back to my room happily :) Grateful to KePing that I do not need to carry my big luggage throughout the whole process.

Overall good hotel, excellent staff, but disappointing room.

Hotel staff were very good, friendly, and helpful. Room service/House Keeping was excellent, thank you to Cai Ting. The hotel room was disappointing, as very small and very poorly designed, there is very little storage, no full length hanging and only 6 coat hangers for 2 people. No coat hooks, had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcase under the bed. Bathroom was small with very little surface space to put items. Room was modern, clean, but not designed with the best use of the available space. Trendy but not at all practical, could have designed it much better ourselves. Have stayed in much better rooms. Any issues were dealt with by the excellent staff.

During the check-in in lobby, there are few receptionist standing there but just one counter is opened for check-in. When it reach my turn (after around 10 minutes), I've been told the Suite Room will do the check-in in Level 2 , the private lounge (why not you tell me earlier...). When I reach level 2, I spend around 20-30 minutes just to complete the check-in (seems the card reader in level 2 have problem and it takes sometimes for the receptionist to clarify whether the room I book come with a kind size or queen size bed). Once I got the confirmation, it will be a king size bed (as per what advertised in the Accor website) I got my key and went up to the room (suprisingly it is still a queen size bed). During the booking and check-in - I was told the breakfast is already included and I can have my breakfast in either the Level 1 or the Level 2 private lounge. In the next morning when I go to Level 1, I've been informed my room didn't include the breakfast and I need to pay. After some internal clarification, the hotel agreed to void the charges and tell me the breakfast which included is only for Level 2 - Private Lounge. It is a very chaostic experience during the stay and it seems the hotel doesn't have a systematic process / SOP.

Thivas from front desk was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back. Location is central and has shuttle service to orchard. Despite coming in on a busy period, we still manage to get an early check in. Truly appreciate the staff hospitality.
