My new makeup brushes and makeup flannels were thrown in the bin. My tracksuit bottoms were taken an sent off with the dirty bedding. Have now been told if I don’t go up to London an get them there being thrown away. Hotel was lovely and restaurant bar was lovely so this is a shame.

Stayed for two nights.

I have stayed at a few Novotel's but this was by far my Favourite, Rado Checked us in, and what a delightful man he was, had us smiling from the get go. Then the hotel room itself!! Clean, comfy and a lovely Anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room which just put the finishing touch on our stay. We then spent a lovely meal and evening around the Canary Wharf area, followed by a stop by the Bōkan 38 bar, and all though it was very packed, they managed to find us a place to sit to have a celebratory drink, and the views was just breath taking. Our nights sleep was so comfy we ended up sleeping in and unfortunately didn't get to experience breakfast, but there is always next time. Again a lovely Anniversary stay with a feeling of home away from home.
