The hotel is nice and in a good location next to a train station. The station is six stops from Marienplatz. The only issue was that when we got to the room, there was no coffee, no creamer, and when we called the desk, nobody answered. I went to the front desk to let them know that there was no coffee or creamer in the room. OK, will have someone take some to your room. Nobody ever shows up with coffee pots. The room was not really clean, my wife found a toothpick flosse on the floor next to the side of the bed.

Room was not cleaned up; service in the bar was not good and at closing the waiter was not polite in telling us that we had to leave. Flexible opening hours would be better.
