Overall it was good. But one thing did affect my stay: When I checked in to the room, there were blood stains in my room, right at the entrance, near the bathroom door. I asked the 2 following morning to clean it. when I returned each night - it was still there. I would expect it to be clean, and if you can not do that - at least let me know that you tried and didn't manage to. I have pictures of it if you are interested to see. or you can just check room 974 and you will see it.

The hotel is ok, way too busy during breakfast service, they should just ask people to wait if there are no tables to sit at. Rooms are a bit outdated, no USB chargers anywhere but otherwise a good set up and rooms with space.

I had arrived with my 4 year old daughter and multiple bags. When asked if someone would be available to help take my bags to the room, I was informed that the porter had not turned up for work so no one was available. Full stop. No attendance offered, no help offered.

Strange. Have stayed here many times. Bad experience this year and last year. Priority seems to be given to airline crews staying. Hotel needs to give a little more attention for paying customers rather than airline crews. Will look elsewhere next time
