I wanted to stay with my family over Christmas but ended up cancelling my stay 2 nights in and changing hotels. We arrived to check in after 4pm and still had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. The pullout couch had not been prepared for the kids. The water pressure in the room was so low that you could barely wash your hands (this was not fixed even after reporting it). There was still trash in the bin from the previous guests. We could hear every cough, sneeze and sniffle from the guest next door through the connecting door as if it was open. Just. terrible experience which prompted us to cancel the remainder of our 7 night stay and switch hotels.

Had a fabulous break in Munich in the Pullman - fabulous location between airport and the city centre - good to return to after each day with a trip to the gym and spa.

the worst experience I ever had in the Accor hotels. as a Diamond member of Accor group, I used some of my points to book 2 suites for my family. Check in staff told me that they can't find my reservations, even when I produced print outs of the reservation confirmations. Superior suite that I booked was "not available" and was exchanged for 2 standard connecting rooms. On the website I checked the prices for superior suite and standard rooms. This price comparison would lead to conclusion that Pullman should have recalculated for refund. This did not happen. The hotel manager was not available to speak to during my 2 days stay. I settled the bill based on original bookings on 21 December 2025 using my USD debit card. Once I checked my EUR debit card, I realised that the hotel "preauthorized" in excess of 900 Euros in two transactions on 20 December 2025. Send emails to Pullman to discuss my dissatisfaction and did not receive proper response. This is not how reputable hotels such as Pullman shall behave. Complete dissapointment. Absolutely do not recommend to stay there, if you don't want to feel degraded and disrespected.

My experience fell significantly short of my expectations. The room service was subpar and did not meet acceptable standards. Additionally, my reception by the front desk staff was unprofessional; the employee seemed to lack essential customer service skills. I believe that further training is necessary to enhance the overall quality of service.
