Overall hotel was nice in terms of location and the staff were cooperative and nice. The room was a bit small and toilet was not as expected. Sink was closed and water flooded but they fixed it in the following day. Toilet water was very cold and there was no hot water (The toilet chair). The main problem we faced in this hotel was the loud music from the next door bar that we couldn’t sleep until 4 am especially during weekends. Besides that, hotel was nice.

Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus is a lovely hotel, just across the street from the river, with a great walkway. The hotel has a large, clean lobby space for socializing, as well as a nice space to hold events. The restaurant had amazing food, with a wide variety. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed as well. The spa was also lovely, and while I did not have time to utilize it, the prices were quite reasonable. The staff were also very friendly, going above and beyond. Most were fluent in English as well. The location of Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus is the best. The hotel faces the walkway along the river and a mall. Behind the hotel are at least 100 restaurants and tourist traps with all of the classic Turkish gifts such as baklava, Turkish delights, spices, coffee, etc.

Great location. Cleaning personal does excellent work! . Breakast has a lot of choice, but would be good to have less but with better quality... The info received by personal on reception desk is not useful at all. Pillows are very hard and not confortable....
