The hotel is central in Legian and quite prominent on the corner and a 5-10 min walk to the beach. The building is open to the outside which allows for the outside air to flow through the public areas. The rooms themselves are air conditioned and are comfortable and well appointed. During my stay, a new sports bar called Base was in the final stages of construction and opened while I was there. Surprisingly, after all the opening formalities had been completed, I happened to wander in and was their first paying customer. It is a comfortable bar with a varied menu that will meet most peoples tastes. The staff are friendly and professional with a shout out to Lucky and Andika. I would name others, but I don't know their names, but Lucky and Andika are the two who Iooked after me most of the time. There are two pool areas. The ground level pool is overlooked by the restaurant and seemed to be popular with families due to the childrens pool area. On level 4 there is a spa, pool and pool bar which while small in area, comfortable deck furniture. The staff here like the rest of the hotel are friendly and professional. My thanks to the barman Kadek who looked after me with drinks. Overall, a well-run and value for money hotel in its price range. I recommend it as a good option.
