Hotel Mercure is a place I return to time and time again, always with a warm feeling in my heart. It is my second home — a space where I feel safe, calm, and simply… so good. Every time I walk through the door, it feels as if I’m coming back to my family. I am deeply grateful to all the people who create this exceptional atmosphere: Rai, Ratna, Devi, iin, Purni, Juliana, Tari, Gede Putra,Mudiana, Victor, Adi, Maya, Mita, Bulan Helen, Wulan and meny more people witch i saw on my way in hotel Mercure. From the professional and genuinely kind front-desk staff, to the entire management team, the security, and the housekeeping staff who take care of every detail that makes the stay so comfortable — thank you. I wish I could shake each of your hands personally, with heartfelt gratitude, sincerity, and respect. Thank you for the smiles, for the kind words, and for always being ready to help. Thank you for creating a place that one truly wants to return to — a home filled with warmth, care, and heart. For me, Mercure is not just a hotel — it is family. I booked here after changing hotels twice before this stay. I was stressed and disappointed with the previous options however when I arrived here, my worries were alleviated. Location is great, with food, shopping and massage options very close. The staff were welcoming and always friendly. The room (deluxe king room with balcony) was huge, clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the bed was much firmer than I prefer, and as I am a side sleeper my hips were extremely sore. The breakfast buffet had great options, and the pool was excellent. I will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend the Mercure Bali Legian.
