Hotel was clean, it was very noisy into the night though. We stayed on the fifth fllor and could hear really loud traffic noises until early hours of the morning.

Breakfast tried once and would not bother again. Noise from traffic to loud. I had flowers delivered and was not notified for two days. When got they were half dead. Thanks. When leaving. Bland checkout. No help with bags.

Room was smelly and full of mosquitoes

They gave us room 110, which was so mauled and smelly , like the room had no fresh air for so long. In addition, we were bitten badly with mosquitoes. We reported twice but they did not change the room. They promised to spray the room which they didn’t. After few complaints we gave us but felt they didn’t do the right thing. All our clothes were attracted with this terrible smell. Overall, we were so disappointed.

Just can't beat the location and price of the Mercure Legian. Across the road, Major honest money changer and fantastic choice of restaurants and shopping literally at your door step within minutes to the beach for Sunset drinks. The Mercure Legian has everything to offer with clean rooms, 2 pools upstairs bar and also restaurants. Definitely will be booking again
