I have stayed several times at this hotel and it is comfortable. The breakfast is expensive but very good. The shower was a bit broken and I couldn’t increase the flow, which was annoying. It’s also annoying that the skybar is 25 euro entrance. I just wanted to have a quick look but not for that kind of money.

To begin with, one of concierge staff was quite rude and blunt - unwilling to help support early check-in for travellers who came halfway across the world. The other one at least kept on looking for us when we went back to the hotel. We were willing to pay for early check-in. The hotel had to be reminded multiple times to bring a cot (which was requested prior to arrival), and had to wait over 2 hours to have the correct amount of towels for the amount of guests. Phone in the room didn't work, difficult to access in room ordering, and the audacity to charge the room 10 euro to have wine glasses or a bottle opener delivered to the room - which has never been an issue with *any* other hotel. We requested a car to be booked the next day for a transfer, and the staff said come the next day to order it - upon coming the next day, they said they were unable to order the car type we needed ( a van due to multiple suitcases, with a car seat). The only redeeming things about the hotel is that one staff member was able to direct us to a park, and the staff at the bar went above and beyond to support our travelling child. If you're travelling overseas with kids to this hotel, avoid at all costs.
