it was a very short stay so I didn't have much time to experience it much. all good. would be nice if there was an international standard for hotel beds. I have a wonky back and the situation with mattress is more or less highest priority for me. always a lottery.

Very disappointing since the moment we arrived. Although I understand construction work can be disruptive no thought was given for the thought of disabled guests. Drop off was around the corner from entrance, no trolly available at drop off necessitating a double walk to entrance to collect. No obvious concierge available. Despite a request for early check it seemed to be a problem for the desk staff. Who just responded check in starts at 2pm. Eventually the room availability was confirmed. I said we would go and get coffee but was told restaurant was being used for private function! We eventually were given a room and told a bonus for gold accor was access to high speed internet. That however proved impossible to log in to. A staff member did try and assist but to no avail. Overall a disappointing start to our holiday.
