Check in staff were lovely and helpful. Location is fantastic and took the stress off having an early flight. Late night room service menu was average and could be improved.

Only poor score from no reply from calls to reception and restaurant when trying to order room service. We were recuperating from influenza. However, the walk to see staff in person was most productive, helpful and pleasant.
