Last year it was the early morning emptying of the large waste recepticles outside the window in the early morning. This year I was reminded that the rooms are not well lit. There are many small lamps, but the rooms are dark and it is difficult to tell when leaving if one has all of one's belongings. The aircon also came on about 5am despite me having turned it off. So that woke me up. The breakfast is also filled with sweats, but there isn't much else, especially if you're vegan.

Love this hotel and have stayed there quite a few times. Well located for sight seeing and great pubs and restaurants in the area. The breakfast is also very good. This trip was to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary

A lot of work has gone into creating a fun atmosphere with a wonderful vibe - right down to the small details such as the popcorn machine in the foyer providing free pop corn. This is backed up by great customer service with super friendly, helpful staff who provided wonderful hospitality. The location was great, close to London Bridge Station, Borough market and the Southbank walk. We loved our time here.
