Convenient location inside the Brussels Midi train station. Check-in was easy & the front desk staff were friendly. There were several swift lifts. The room was smallish but large enough. The bench seating along the wall provided ample luggage space. The bed was a bit on the hard side but had all non-feather pillows--good for allergy sufferers. There were nightstands on each side of the bed. There were power outlets on each side but, unfortunately, on one side the power outlet was at the floor--very inconvenient for two people needing to charge devices at bedside. There was a mini fridge, electric tea kettle, iron, and ironing board. The free water in the fridge was a welcome touch. The bathroom had a large shower. The shower water pressure was ok and the hot water stayed hot. The towels were decent, and the wash cloths were a nice addition. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror would have been great but the swivel was broken so it only pointed down. The WiFi was strong but wasn't password protected (boo!). Regardless of the few issues, I'd likely return again.

Excellently located for Brussels Eurostar station

Good quality hotel with pleasant well equipped rooms. Quiet room did not hear the trains at all. Very clean. Staff lovely. Only issue was with the tv where the signal kept dropping out but we didn’t chase this up until late in our stay. Would recommend this hotel overall.

The location is the best part of the hotel, as it's located in the immediate vicinity of the Eurostar terminal. The room was fairly good. However, the toilet and bathroom combination was a bit strange, as there was no possibility to wash one's hands in the toilet. Instead, one had to go from the toilet to the bathroom, touching the door with unwashed hands, which is not very hygienic. The TV in the room behaved strangely, as it kept turning on by itself every five minutes. Eventually I had to unplug it, to ensure a good night's sleep. I liked the fact that the contents of the minibar was complimentary.

Always a good stay

I recently had a horrible experience at the Pullman Hotel. I booked a superior king bed, specifically mentioning I was traveling with a child, but upon arrival, we were given a small double bed instead. The room was much smaller than what was advertised on Booking.com. When I asked the receptionist for assistance, she said there was nothing she could do. The bathroom was poorly designed, lacking a lock and with the toilet outside, which meant I had to wait for my husband to finish his shower just to wash my hands. It was incredibly inconvenient. Breakfast was a staggering 24 euros per person, which felt like a rip-off. I also wanted to heat some food from home, but was told I couldn’t use a microwave, which is standard in most hotels. The fridge in our room barely kept anything cold—milk we put in overnight was spoiled by morning. Additionally, the temperature control was terrible; the room was too warm, and the cooling option didn’t work. We couldn’t even open the windows, and the duvet was excessively warm. Overall, I found this hotel to be overpriced for the facilities and service offered. The staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns or try to make things right. I wouldn’t stay here again.
