Hotel situated in great location. Arrival and departure experience was great too. Room and maintenance did let you down. We have tissues in bathroom, it was late so we didn't mention to staff as we thought housekeeping would put one in when room got serviced. Unfortunately it remains empty when we returned to our room. Other room appears to have faulty coffee machine and didn't work. My mother in law loves her coffee in the morning so this wasn't convenient. Hope all issues fixed before next guest as we mentioned upon check out.
