Our guests\' comfort is of utmost importance, and we regret to hear that the temperature in your room was not conducive to a good night\'s sleep. We understand how essential a welcoming and immaculate room is, and it is disheartening to know that we did not meet these standards during your visit. Furthermore, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the iron malfunction and the oversight in drink service during your dinner. Such instances are not reflective of the high-quality service we aim to deliver.
