Last week saturday i stayed and the staff was friendly and they help me good but the room was so Hot ! They turn it off and the temperature still didnt drop so they brought a fan for me still was warm and i couldn’t sleep good i was tired because of that. So next day check out and the staff told me i would get my refound back but still didnt get nothing back i hope u guys can contact me and send me my full refund like promise. But overall the staff was nice

Complained about the air-conditioning not working. Called the reception 3x to ask for the technician, after 1 hour still haven't arrived despite the 3 calls. Then I went down to the reception to let the call the electrician again and then the electrician came. But after the technician checked and fixed it, it was still hot. One night, only the bathroom was cleaned, the beds and room wasn't cleaned by the house keeping. And every time I sent emails to them, they don't reply.

Firstly, thank you for the room upgrade. But service in your hotel is a bit lacking. Sure - I get the whole "eco friendly" drive in not changing towels every day, but surely.... a room service tray can be removed and used tableware (coffee cups) replaced? I ended up having to call your reception desk to get the room serviced (really just to remove the room service tray and replace the above items) - and even after calling, the tray was *still* there. So I placed it in the corridor myself and to my rather (unpleasant) surprise, the tray was *still* there by the next morning. I'm generally a low maintenance type of person - and in all honesty, the tray in itself is not a big deal. The problem is not in the tray or the used coffee cups that went unwashed - I am more than happy to do that myself - but if you're going to advertise yourself as a 4* hotel, then your standards need to match that rating and match your room rates. Being a business operator, I also understand that there are some occasions when a facility can be short-staffed.... but surely, if a call was made, the most obvious task (removing a used room service tray) would at the minimum, be done? Or even removing it from the corridor out of the way of other guests? Otherwise, you need to reduce your rates down to that of a (very basic) AirBnB.

The hard products are fine and in line with expectations however the service is under par as the cleaner have taken my travel card and the night shift front desk staff is just giving a "I don't care" attitude. It is absolutely unacceptable and almost close to theft to have events like that happening

It was rather annoying to find the bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner and bath gel in the bathroom were all empty after I started showering. That was super frustrating and unacceptable. The house keeping staff should have checked the bottles to avoid this happening! Also, I fully paid my room charges in advance when I made the booking and paid the deposit by cash in Euros upon checking in. When I tried to get the deposit back on check out, I was told that due to the variation of exchange rate, they needed to deduct 10 or 20 cents from my cash deposit and give me back some change in coins instead of the full amount of bank notes. That was very strange as my room charge has been settled before hand and the deposit was paid by cash in Euros. I don’t mind paying anything reasonable but that simply didn’t make sense. In order to avoid getting the clumsy change in coins, I offered to pay an additional Euro so as to get my deposit back in full amount of bank notes. The refund procedure was very inconvenient and unsatisfactory.
