The overall service was good, but the rooms could have been cleaner as the blinds in the bathroom were very dusty. The breakfast had a good variety of options on offer and the reception staff were great. Gift who works on the front desk was particularly wonderful and helpful! I would stay at The Pullman Brussels Midi again.

AC is off for the winter, windows don’t open, so you are stuck in a sauna, without any air circulation. 2 nights with stuffy nose, scratchy throat and swallowing eyes. As soon as I left the room symptoms disappeared. The location is great but your health will pay the price.

A good hotel, friendly staff. Would be excellent if the rooms had the new universal plug sockets to fit EU / UK plugs and were fitted with USB sockets by bed to charge phone etc.
