The location is superb. Service request through WhatsApp was not responsive. The promotion message on afternoon tea during our stay was only sent to me after we checked out.

Paid around £2000 for the room for two nights. Staff were somewhat helpful. Was charged to use two champagne flutes. We offered to come to the bar to collect them but they insisted room drop off. I think when you are spending that much money on a room you should be able to have these sort of requests without a charge. Bathrooms and balcony needs a good updating. Stained dark grouting around tiles. Nothing luxurious about the room. No maid to refresh room everyday unlike most other hotels. Was quite disappointed with what this hotel had to offer. There was no wow factor. Definitely regret not staying at a more budget hotel as this didn’t do the cost justice.

For the premium I was charged. Not a single USB outlet in the room, no clocks. I mean even motels have this. Especially this being a touristy hotel. Heating took an hour to kick in. I did check in pretty late i.e. 11:30 pm and mistakenly asked the staff that checked me in for any suggestions on a quick cup of coffee in vicinity - which Jeremy told me was to "just use the coffee machine in my room" and best walking directions to Eiffel to which the lady at reception told me to just "Google it". I know they're not concierge but for God's sake you're representing the hotel and brand and work there tons of hours - and not even having basic answers to such questions is disappointing.

Chaotic check-in, crowded lifts which broke down, cleaning service barging into room unannounced only to then never clean the room and leave cleaning stuff on bathroom floor. Milking the location but no care to the customer whatsoever. will not stay again.
