Had a pleasant experience at Pullman Bali Legian, thanks to Pahlevy from the Accor Vacation Club team. He was easygoing, friendly, and very approachable from the start. I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian. The hotel facilities were excellent and added great value to the overall experience. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Ka Astiti. She was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with all our needs. Her support and attentiveness made us feel truly welcomed throughout the stay. Overall, Pullman Bali Legian exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I'm 100% satisfied about the hotel, atmosphere, location, service but I asked about suggested snorkeling trip, which is "DISCOVA". I've done snorkeling 1-day-tour more than 10 times in my life. And this was the worst trip ever. The best thing was when I did the payment. The activity was nightmare. And Accor let this locate in your lobby hotel?

We enjoyed 7 wonderful nights at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach. It would be impossible to single out any single staff member as we had nothing but exceptional friendly & attentive service from every single staff member at check-in/out, pools, restaurant, security guards, staff cleaning the rooms, the staff you would bump into around the hotel etc. The staff were always willing & able to help with a smile. In the restaurant, they even noticed if one of us was not there. Location is perfect - right across from the beach but also within walking distance of markets, and restaurants/cafes, shopping malls etc. Breakfast has a huge variety to choose from. Different dinner themes every night. It's a shame children (even supervised) are not allowed in the Infinity pool but not a big issue. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach
