Staff were very receptive & helpful! Only criticism was that the cleaning on my room was completed quite often around the time I returned from work at 5pm or later.

The hotel is in a good location next to the marina and the small lake and easy to walk to. The staff are friendly and polite. The room is large and a nice large bathroom. The room was a little dated but still clean and well maintained. The pool was nice. Breakfast was ok but not much selection for anyone with milk allergy or vegan. My one complaint related to my location on the fifth floor and the smell of smoking was ever present. If I had of stayed longer I would off had to move floors.
