The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, made us feel at home when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Our 1 night stay was really wonderful and we’re even planning a stay at Pullman hotel in Cape Town whenever we’re in Cape Town as we visit very often hoping they’ll meet the standards.

What I liked: Cleanliness, reception, and location What I disliked: the food or breakfast experience. The restaurant was a mess, tables had hair on them, the cleanliness didn't exist.. It made me feel nauseous. Also, the cook who takes care of frying eggs knew nothing about allergies and the basics of cleaning a pan before he uses it again .. The food items were translated very poorly in Arabic and for some reason Ham was next to everything else.. I wish I had booked your hotel without the breakfast..

I did not like your policy of no return or cancellation if once booked. Atleast a credit note or 10% cancellation charges should be charged and the remaining amount to be returned

We asked for a double room and got a twin room. Even when we asked for a transfer we didnt get it. Our bathrobs where not changed for 5 days .very disgusting. At check in, the concierge refused to take our bags and we had to take them on our own. 6 bags
