I have travelled a fair amount with work and try and stay exclusively in Accor. Found myself with a week-long trip to Dubai. I recently lost my Platinum membership and paid the upgrade to the Deluxe Exec room. It was a waste of money for the upgrade and well below experiences from other sites.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. Tired sad rooms , rubbish TV channels , dodgy air conditioning no mod cons. Charged £99!!! to access room early. Prostitution accepted as the norm with nightly visits sitting about the hotel lobby and in the in house pub.. to the point of making an approach on my teenage son ! On speaking to manager he said ‘ nothing we can do’ . WORST HOTEL EVER and not even cheap! Appalled.

Comfortable and friendly staff especially in the breakfast lounge .Special thanks to Muskan and I think his name was Gris. needed my ice packs to be put in a freezer so that we could keep our injections at the right temperature when we travel back home but no one helped us. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff at the front desk.
