On the arrival I told the girl at reception I am a Platinum Member of Accor Club and was promised to get a room upgrade - however, that didn't happen, i.e. an upgrade wasn't provided.

The staff were good, room was clean, tidy and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the experience was let down by a shower which was constantly too hot to use, even after reporting it to reception for them to attend to.

I stayed at this hotel in a 1 bedroom apartment for 1 month. So I have several things to say. I would like to share the highlights. Pros Good location Metro connectivity Some of the staff at reception are really good.e.g. Arshad, Francesca Restaurant team is good and overall satisfied with the meals. Muskan, Merry, Yadari along with other staff were very welcoming. Swimming pool staff is good. Cons Some of the reception and housekeeping staff need to be more cooperative. E.g. I have never received my photo which they clicked at welcome despite several reminders. One of the person asked me to contact my company if I am unhappy with the room. This was an unpleasant issue, where I could have opted to check out if ACCOR Team had not helped. Design issues: low light, Outdated TV, poor internet, Synthetic bedsheets/ pillow and blankets Small toothpaste Overall the positive sides and positive people outnumbered the bad experience and I spent a month in the hotel.
