OK experience overall, the rooms are well maintained and spacious. Well- designed lobby with a coffee shop. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed, I was told my luggage would be brought to my room but after calling 3 times and waiting for 2 hours they were still not there. I had to come down to pick them up myself. The Wifi was also very slow

Excellent location — right next to the Shobha metro station and close to plenty of great eating options. The staff were warm and the service was genuinely good. However, the bathroom had a persistent odor. I reported it to the reception, and they promptly sent a cleaner who did a thorough job. It improved for a few hours but the smell returned, which unfortunately affected the overall experience. I even had the option to extend my stay by a day but chose another hotel instead. It would have been much better if the team had followed up to ensure the issue was resolved or offered an alternative room when I first raised the concern.

Check in originally sent to room with 2 beds even when I had requested single large bed and was single person booking. Changed room but new room had strong smell of paint and bathroom floor was all wet. Given it was late I kept new room turned the fan on and wiped the floor. Breakfast was ok, but have seen a lot better, limited food options and cheap fit out of area, also waited a long time for eggs Benedict order. Good however that egg Benedict was offered and also liked the strawberry option in the fruits which was something you don’t get often. Room was spacious and bed large, towels were large, clean and fresh. Bathroom was a bit dated and not premium feel. Staff did their jobs well but nothing that stood out as exceptional.

Property was good but not well maintained . Only only Indian girl from new delhi in the breakfast section was hard working . Reception Staff never picks up the phone even after calling 8-9 times . I have been to 3 properties during my stay in dubai .....movenpick & legoland & pullman jlt ...... pullman jlt staff doest take the things seriously ......bad experience
