The Pullman at Jumeirah Lake Towers is ideally located. It's close to the Marina as well as to the Sobha City Metro station which also serves as a junction to the tram line connecting the various places of interest in the Dubai Marina. The deluxe room was spacious and well kept. The staff was very welcoming and responsive and the food delicious. We had buffet breakfast for all six days and a buffet lunch too. A nice place to stay in Dubai.

I booked 4 rooms for 3 nights for my colleagues and myself, we regularly go business trip to Dubai, rooms were apprently very good. However, bathrooms are not so satisfied by my colleagues. one room did not provide warm water in small sink, only cold water when washing hands and face. Also, shower head's water teparature could not be properly controlled, too hot or too cold and water pressre is too low when water temparature is ok. Also, 1 room's shower head's fixing parts were easily moving and water was splashed to wall, floor or celing. Want to stay in this hotel in next business trip if bathroom's condition is improved and hope the improvement.

Had 5 amazing nights, extremely friendly staff, the left a lovely birthday gift for me in my room. Great location too. My only ever so slight point is that the breakfast was a bit repetitive, but great quality!
