From the moment we arrived the service was 10/10. The staff was very professional and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, spacious and had ample amenities. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk away from the metro station which made it easy to visit other parts of the city, and the marina was a 10 minute walk away. I was celebrating my birthday on this trip, and was treated to a cake and balloons from the hotel, which was a very special touch and for which I am really grateful! To finish off, we were also given a complimentary late checkout as we had a late flight. Everything about the hotel and the service was amazing!

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards expected from a Pullman hotel. During breakfast, I noticed cockroaches present around the food area, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. I took both photos and videos at the time, as this situation was quite shocking, especially in a hotel of this category. Apart from this incident, everything else during my stay was satisfactory. I chose not to raise the issue on social media and preferred to share this feedback calmly afterward. I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and consider an appropriate commercial gesture in light of the inconvenience experienced.

Fantastic location just steps from the metro and tram, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent with great variety, and the service was outstanding — special thanks to Merry and Pari for always being attentive and welcoming. Café 1859 is a must-try for its incredible pastries and desserts. Rooms were spotless and very well cleaned, and the reception team was always helpful. Highly recommended!
