Here’s a more polished and professional version while still sounding firm: Mainly, the staff are very nice and welcoming. However, there is one lady at reception who has repeatedly given me poor rooms, and unfortunately this is not the first time. I’m a regular guest , I visit the hotel and gym at least 4 times a month, dor the pat 4 years and many of the staff know me well. That’s why this experience feels disappointing. In my opinion, her attitude is not customer-oriented, and honestly, it feels like she may be taking things personally, which should never affect the guest experience. I don’t normally write my revue But this one she needs to it

Checked in night , internet did not work . Then hotel admin internet was given . The room was not cleaned on time . The nozzles of liquid soaps was closed .

My experience fell short of expectations. There was a leakage problem in the room, which led to a move to an inferior accommodation. The shower was difficult to adjust for water temperature, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory — dirty coffee cups were not replaced during housekeeping. A few days earlier, I stayed at the Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai, a four‑star hotel that offered a much higher standard of comfort and service compared to the Pullman Dubai Kumeirah Lake Towers.
