Didn’t expect much from this hotel, due to the great rate I got booking only 3 days before. I stayed for a night before an early flight and I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was huge, all the amenities and a great nights sleep. Staff were lovely, and a great selection of drinks in the bar too!

My family stayed here on Boxing Day 2025. The room was comfy, clean and the hotel's in a great location. The price we paid for the stay was genuinely incredible, extremely good value for money.

Disappointed my Shower would not turn on. I wasted 10 minutes trying to turn it on. Went for breakfast non showered, reported it to reception who seemed to be aware of the shower issue. Told me they'd report it to repair, so after breakfast i thought I could then shower. How wrong I was.... it was still jammed and no evidence the shower had been fixed. I went back to reception who told me it had been fixed. If it was working there would have been water evidence in the shower area, but it was bone dry and the handle remained jammed. I left hotel, non showered and by disappointed with my guest experience. If it'd been offered another room to shower in it would have been something, but no, nothing. I will not be recommending this hotel to colleagues to stay in within the Bristol area, there are plenty of others that will take my money and that of my colleagues, four of us stayed at this hotel on 20/12/25.
