My stay was on company business and reception did not have my booking although my work colleague had no problem booking in and it was on same email. Then it was wrongly put on the system at the hotel in Bristol and got woken up after 10am obviously they thought room was empty to clean. I was working nights so was not happy

Whilst the room was clean and comfortable, it was very basic with no extra luxuries like a shower cap, toiletries etc. The coffee and tea station was one of the worst I have experienced - especially the tea bags which were weak and insipid. There were no biscuits. It was very disappointing.

We have stayed in the hotel on numerous occasions. We found that the room we were first allocated was a disability room, with a shower that had a chair in it, and the room was basically a single with a double in it. My wife went to reception and asked why we were put in this room and the receptionist said what was the problem. My wife said that we never asked for a disabled room, after a bit of discussion we were given an alternative room.
