The hotel room was nice however every morning the shower was cold. I did mention this to the staff twice but nothing changed. It's not pleasant to start a day with a cold shower.

- Reception very slow and unprofessional - 10+ minutes for online + pre-paid check-in - having ordered 2 beds, we got one bed and one sofa bed - the air-con is not strong enough, the room is pretty warm - sauna is not hot but only warm - opening hours of gym were given to us on small scrap paper (gym consent form was also a scrap paper - scissors?) - I asked for a robe at 6:30pm (which is included in my room rate) and they answered that they will inform housekeeping and I will get a robe the following day in the afternoon (which I did not!) - had sent two emails with a question to the reception before my stay which were ignored - constant need to validate parking (especially during check-out in morning) is a pain - steam room smells mouldy, is not clean at all and has a slippery floor due to standing water + late checkin-out possible + filtered water dispenser on floor
