We had a comfortable stay and the staff were very nice. The room was fine but the bathroom had black mould around the bath and the shower curtain was heavily stained and dirty. Needs replacing .

After a long journey the last thing a motorist needs is hassle finding a space to park, your carpark had loads of spaces which was a huge relief! Reception was friendly, the room was lovely and clean, the evening meal was fantastic as was the breakfast the next morning. we usually stay at the double tree hilton when visiting Bristol but not anymore, most definitely we'll be staying at the Novotel from now on. The great work by your entire team at the Novotel have guaranteed our future custom.
