We had visited this place on our Bern’s trip. With the strategic location that easy to roam around the capital of country. With the warm welcome of team. The nice accommodation with full service of Junior Suite. And delightful breakfast with variety of choice. We wish to return if any opportunity to visit this place again.

Hotel and Staff - Superb Should have been a perfect stay if we were not woken up by loud banging (floor or wall) in the early morning.

Really nice stay here over new year 2026 The staff were incredibly nice, very friendly and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is very good plenty of choice. Team 9 is directly outside so easy to hop on & off to all stops to Bern including Christmas markets, lots to explore and very safe. Would highly recommended this hotel.

Very comfortable stay, Extremely helpful staff (especially Ms.Remina) who took time out to explain how to travel to Bern city centre christmas markets and provided us a bern city public transport travel ticket. It is a perfect location with tram station right near the hotel.

I had a great stay with Novotel Bern Expo. Th a reception staff were very welcoming. Had good breakfast. Easy access to Bern station via tram. Walkable distance to tram station. They allowed us to keep our luggage. Really recommend for families.
