Overall very happy. A few issues, like the drain of the sink drained very slowly. Also, I am not a fan of "accessible built" rooms, I would have prefered a regular room but it was fine. We had a great time!

We stayed as a family (two adults two children) in the junior suite, the room was perfect for our needs and the photos on line didn’t really do it justice, it was hard to tell the layout from the photos but it was a great surprise to see two separate rooms and two bathrooms. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful to us, kind and friendly to our children. We arrived quite early hoping to drop off our cases and head out for the day but we were informed if we’re happy to wait a short while we could check in, a bonus we weren’t expecting but one we were very happy to. Every time we passed reception the staff were smiling and waving at our kids, even our kids said how friendly they were. The room was comfy, the single beds were perfect for our children, blinds and curtains were properly black out and our only complaint was it was a little warm (I think from the mirror and radiator in the bathroom were emitting a lot of heat) but it was manageable, while London is noisy once the windows were closed it was not at all noticeable for us. I accidentally damaged the toilet flusher one morning and met the maintenance staff member on our walk out of the hotel, I explained the issue to them and it was fixed before we were back. The breakfast was well stocked, tasty and the restaurant was a really nice place to be, our kids loved the selection too. On the day of check out the same staff member who checked us in helped us check out, she remembered our room number and we were checked out in seconds, then we left our bags and headed off. On our return to collect our bags the same staff member spotted us and knew exactly which bags were ours, we were given them them and then let me know there was a ramp at the back for us to leave easier. The hotel was competitively priced, in a great location (walking distance the the Shard, London eye, Tate, M&S and Co-Op shops, cafes, restaurants etc) good sized rooms, lovely breakfast and most of all the most friendly staff we’ve ever dealt with! We’d highly recommend it, and really can’t fault the location, room, staff or food.
