Enjoyed the Pullman. Conveniently located next to shopping centre. Great staff in every department (restaurant, cleaning, reception). Hotel in good condition. Everything looks new. Comfortable furniture in room and shared areas. A bit tricky to find when walking from train station. Google maps doesn’t recognise easiest rout through shopping centre. Maybe add some instructions to website. Tried restaurant but dishes were a bit tasteless. Nice breakfast selection but the hot food was always cold and stewed.

Disappointed with spa out of order

We booked a hotel room in the city where we live to be able to enjoy a day at the spa. Unfortunately, all the jets of the swimming pool were out of order. The staff didn’t show much compassion or didn’t offer any commercial gesture for the inconvenience. We would have appreciated to be offered to pass by at the spa another time (which wouldn’t have incurred any cost on them).
